Job Description

As an HR Executive at Sunrise Hospital Pala, your role involves managing various aspects of the human resources department. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. - Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures effectively. - Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with hospital standards. - Organize training and development programs to enhance staff skills. - Support the performance appraisal process to ensure timely reviews and feedback. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. - Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
