Job Description

As the HR Leader in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR department to ensure all functions run smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that contribute to the company's overall success, as well as directing and managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. You will also play a key role in acquiring top talent that aligns with the brand's culture and values. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures - Ensure legal compliance and best practices in all HR activities - Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR staff to drive continuous improvement - Support the execution of various HR projects and initiatives Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a leadership role within HR - Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with senior management In addition to the above responsibilities, this full-time position offers benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the morning shift, and the work location is in person.
