Job Description

As an Executive - HR, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity of the HRIS, developing reports and metrics, recommending HR process improvements, and leading projects related to data, technology, total rewards, and/or HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and analysis for HRBPs to support the team's strategy and decision-making. - Extract and analyze data from HR systems, prepare simple to complex reports meeting client needs. - Provide support and metrics for leadership program delivery. - Offer advice, recommend solutions on systems and processes, develop tools, and communication to assist HR team members. - Participate in working teams and committees to develop programs, initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. - Ensure protection, accuracy, and integrity of HR data, monitor and reconcile data anomalies, correct them. - Document and review system irregularities, liaise with others for resolutions. - Contribute to report automation, simplification for in-depth analysis. - Identify ways to enhance data accuracy, efficiency of HRIS processes. - Contribute to HRIS training materials development, document processes, deliver sessions. - Assess reporting mechanisms, develop customized queries, maintain procedures and documentation, and manage a report run schedule. - Prepare various compensation-related reports, analysis, salary budget, trends, and compression analysis. - Support salary review process preparation. - Lead continuous improvement, implementation of HR Information Systems. - Monthly Turnover and Demographic Reporting. Qualifications Required: - Degree or diploma in HR or related program. - 2 years intermediate HR experience with demonstrated ability to work well with clients and deliver presentations. - Demonstrated ability to work with technology, systems, and reports. Additional Details: Must-haves for the role: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations and Shared Services. Good to have: - Knowledge of any HRIS, with experience in Workday being advantageous.,
