Job Description – HR Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Position: HR Executive
Location: LUCKNOW
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters).
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS database, and statutory compliance.
• Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.

Eligibility:

• Only Female Candidates are preferred for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
