HR Executive – Resort & Water Park

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Resort & Water Park. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee management, payroll, and posting jobs on various online job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment: sourcing, screening, and hiring staff
• Post job openings on online portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave registers
• Handle payroll and incentive calculations
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Support in staff training, discipline, and performance tracking
• Maintain a healthy and motivating work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (hospitality sector preferred)
• Knowledge of online job portals and hiring platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
