💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Bonus
As we scale Rentboxs into one of the most trusted real estate brands in Vizag, Rayagada, and Bhubaneswar, we’re looking for a sharp, responsible, and multi-lingual HR Executive who can build and manage our internal and field teams across locations.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll coordinate hiring, onboarding, team support, and basic HR operations across cities, while working directly with the leadership team.
✅ Who we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment
Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu (Odia is a bonus)
Strong in follow-up, documentation, and people coordination
Confident handling of field agents, sales team, and admin staff
Based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam
