About the Role

HR Executive

What You'll Do

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordinating with hiring managers.
  2. Conduct first-level interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  3. Manage onboarding and off-boarding formalities.
  4. Maintain attendance and admin-related tasks.
  5. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  6. Manage HR documentation and assist in compliance checks.
  7. Address day-to-day HR queries and support team operations.
  8. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and employee data sheets regularly.

What We are Looking For

  1. 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in marketing, influencer marketing, or production/post-production).
  2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
  4. Organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
