Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle
sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Build and manage a strong
talent pipeline
for technical roles.
Oversee
leave management and work-from-home requests
, ensuring fairness and compliance with policies.
Maintain accurate
employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files
.
Support
employee engagement, performance reviews, and grievance handling
.
Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment and HR strategies with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
.
Proven ability to manage
end-to-end hiring
independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in IT/Consulting recruitment is a strong advantage.
