Job Description

  • Must have prior experience of working with a USA based company and familiar with their accounting practices
  • Candidates with high initiative and a hands-on/can-do approach to business will thrive in this environment and will be met daily with new opportunities to facilitate the companys growth

  • What you would be doing Handling recruitment for junior, middle, and senior levels through various job portals, social media platforms and referrals
  • Screening candidate profiles, shortlisting through initial telephonic discussion and taking face-to face interviews of the potential candidates
  • Negotiate compensation for the final offer to selected candidates
  • Prepare offer letter/appointment letter and send over to selected candidates
  • Ensuring closure of open positions
  • of selected candidates Manage joining formalities, on-boarding and conduct induction for new employees
  • Completing all the documentation requirements of new employees
  • Generating employee ids and feeding employee details into HRMS portal Process Payroll & issue salary slips of existing employees
  • Resolving employee queries on salary, attendance, appraisal, additional resource requirements etc
  • Managing exit formalities, full and final settlements, and relieving/experience letters for departing employees

Other HR responsibilities -

  • Attendance , Employee record keeping, Employee Engagement, Expense management, Asset management etc

  • Must possess knowledge and hands on experience to set up accounting structure from scratch
  • Must have high level of organization skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Ability to learn & work in a fast-paced environment
  • High business acumen with keen focus on profitability
  • Hands on experience Microsoft Outlook, Excel(must)
  • Must be comfortable with night shift

Work hours will be 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM Mon to Fri
