Job Description

As an HR Executive in the Wind Energy sector based in Rajkot, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling CV shortlisting, interview coordination, and salary negotiation. - Managing employee onboarding, induction, and welfare activities. - Overseeing performance appraisal, reviews, and increment processes. - Conducting exit interviews and managing full & final settlements. - Drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Maintaining strong communication with employees through one-on-one discussions. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and requirements: - Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi. - Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements. - Prior experience exclusively in the Wind Energy sector is mandatory.
