Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Responsible or contributing to the process of deploying and integrating an HRMS system within an organization. Providing training and support to staff and other employees on how to use the new system. Participating in testing the system to ensure it meets HR requirements and identifying any issues or bugs. Communicating changes to employees, managing resistance to change, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. Addressing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies. Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback. Administering employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely enrollment, and communicating changes. Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Well-versed in statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
