Greetings of the day! We are in urgent requirement of 'HR Executive (Recruitment)' for our retail chain stores at ' Planet Health '. Details are given below for your reference. Company name: GPSAR Healthcare Ltd. (Brands: 'Planet Health' and 'Perfect Mother' ) 'Planet Health', founded in 2001, is among the pioneering specialty chain of pharmacy and wellness stores that has brought about a paradigm shift in the way drugs and wellness products are sold in India. Planet Health, presently operates a chain of 40 stores across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Anand, , Vadodara in Gujarat. Job Summary: · Design and update job descriptions · Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Naukri, Monster, Hireact, Linked In, Indeed, etc) · Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates · Screen incoming resumes and application forms · Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) · Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests · Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards, newspaper and internally. · Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers · Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits · Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events · Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs · Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard Qualification: BBA(HR) / MBA(HR) Job Timings: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM Interview Location: Planet Health, Sagar Building, Opp. Ahmedabad Stock exchange, Panjrapole Cross roads, (Near to Honest restaurant) Ambawadi, Ahmedabad Mob: 9429197817 / 9429197851 Interview Timings: 10.00 AM - 1.00 PM OR 2:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri) If interested, kindly confirm if you are available for personal interview Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
