Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate employee data. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to manpower management. Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times. Provide support in resolving employee grievances and issues. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in attendance management, CLM (Continuous Learning Management), manpower planning, time office operations. Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, training & development programs. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy standards.
