Job Role :

1. Recruitment &

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and on-boarding documentation
Conduct employee on-boarding and induction

2. HR Operations

Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Track attendance, leave management, and employee data
Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for salary processing
Handle employee exits, full & final settlement coordination

3. Employee Engagement & Support

Act as point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary documentation

4. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
HR documentation

5. Reporting & MIS

Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, hiring, attrition, leave)
Maintain trackers and reports in Excel/Google Sheets

Requirements:

Graduation /
MBA in HR or related field
Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and best practices
Experience handling HR functions for
multiple business verticals
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi
High level of integrity and ability to maintain
confidentiality

Preferred Skills

Experience in recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Exposure to payroll coordination
Basic understanding of labor laws
