HR Executive - International Digital Marketing Agency

We are a fast-growing international digital marketing agency, working with clients across the US and Europe. Our team thrives on creativity, innovation, and result-driven strategies. As we scale, we are looking for an HR Executive who can help us build a strong, talented workforce by leading the recruitment process for key roles like Business Development Executive (BDE), Digital Marketing Executive, and Email Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Hire for international-facing roles (BDE, Digital Marketing Executive, Email Marketer).
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Create engaging job descriptions and post across platforms.
Conduct preliminary HR rounds to assess communication and cultural fit.
Manage HR operations: employee records, induction, engagement, and retention strategies.
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Coordinate with leadership to improve HR processes and organizational culture.

Requirements

1+ years of HR experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or IT industries.
Proven track record of hiring for international-facing roles (US/Europe markets preferred).
Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee engagement best practices.
