Role Overview:

We are hiring a smart and responsible female HR Executive / Trainee / Intern to handle all HR-related tasks along with back office operations. This role is important for managing recruitment, joining, daily staff reporting, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and meetings, and supporting day-to-day office work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Offer Letters
• Call and shortlist candidates for interviews and joining
• Send offer letters and joining letters via email or WhatsApp
• Maintain records of candidates who join or reject the offer
• Employee MIS and Daily Reports
• Maintain daily attendance and employee login reports in Excel
• Track who logged in which customer, approvals, rejections, and pending files from banks
• Onboarding and Document Work
• Fill online and physical credit card and loan forms for customers if required
• Collect, check, and attach all required documents (ID proof, address proof, income proof)
• Ensure all documents are clear, complete, and properly filed
• Meeting and Training Coordination
• Set and share daily morning meeting reminders
• Help prepare training materials
• Communicate daily work goals with the team
• File and Record Management
• Check customer files for pending or incorrect details and get them corrected
• Keep records of all login files and follow up for any missing documents
• General HR and Back Office Support
• Assist the manager with day-to-day HR tasks
• Coordinate with field staff, HR team, and bank representatives
• Provide backend support to ensure smooth operations

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Drive, Email)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Must be organized, punctual, and a quick learner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks daily

Reporting To:

HR Manager / Operations Manager / Company Director

Salary & Perks:

Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month
