Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Muvattupuzha. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the payroll process, handling statutory compliances such as ESI and PF registration and monthly return filing, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities. Daily tasks will include administering employee benefits, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Skills in Benefits Administration and Payroll Processes
Familiarity with statutory compliances such as ESI and PF
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience
