Job Description

As the HR professional in our organization, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment. Your key responsibilities include: Recruitment & Staffing: You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new employees. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will identify staffing needs and ensure effective candidate sourcing. Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employees, you will address HR-related queries and concerns. Your role will involve mediating and resolving conflicts among employees to foster a healthy work environment. Performance Management: Assisting in performance appraisal processes, you will help in developing employee performance improvement plans. Supporting managers in setting performance goals and monitoring progress will be part of your duties. Attendance Management: You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate employee attendance records. Addressing attendance issues such as absenteeism and tardiness, you will also assist in creating attendance policies and tracking leave balances. HR Administration: Maintaining up-to-date employee records in HR systems will be essential. Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws is a crucial aspect of your role. Compliance & Policies: Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with labor laws at local, state, and federal levels. You will also support in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Training & Development: Coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance will be part of your role. Supporting leadership development initiatives within the company is also expected. Other HR Tasks: Assisting in employee surveys and providing insights on employee engagement will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with HR trends and best practices is crucial for this role. This position is full-time and permanent. The benefits include Provident Fund. The role requires fluency in English. You should have at least 1 year of experience in HR and a total work experience of 1 year. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and requires reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work.,
