Desired Candidate :
Female ,Graduate /MBA with 3/5 year experience in HR Generalist position for any Manufacturing industry
Handle core HR processes including onboarding, induction, changes in employment, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using HR information systems.Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to promote consistency across the company.Assist in facilitating positive employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Residing in Ahmedabad location
Age below 45 years
Salary : As per the industry standards
Holiday : Sunday
