Job Description

As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations, timely onboarding of new talent, and fostering continuous employee engagement across all departments. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach, coupled with a strong foundation in HR practices, will be instrumental in building a high-performing workforce aligned with our organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer management, ensuring a seamless hiring process. - Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System). - Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and integration into the company culture. - Support employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, feedback collection, and internal communication campaigns. - Assist in administering HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. - Conduct regular check-ins and address employee concerns to facilitate effective communication between staff and management. - Prepare and analyze HR reports related to recruitment metrics, turnover, attendance, and engagement trends. - Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and support workforce planning. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies across all HR operations. - Support HR events, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives to enhance the work environment. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 13 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, or talent acquisition. - Proficiency in HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, or similar. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. - Demonstrated ability in people management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language(s). - Familiarity with labor regulations and employment compliance standards. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools. *Note: The company also offers benefits such as Group Health Insurance, Employee-friendly leave policies, Automated HR Tools, Birthday Voucher, Complete Fixed CTC, and Quarterly Rewards & Recognition programs to ensure a supportive and rewarding work environment.*,
