HR Executive cum trainee

As an HR Executive cum Team Lead at our B2B services company, your role will involve handling end-to-end HR functions and leading a team, as well as training and mentoring students at our B-School. You should be proficient in HR operations, people management, and employee engagement, with the capability to design and conduct practical HR sessions for management students. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and guide the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. - Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards. - Drive employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling. - Serve as a liaison between management and employees to nurture a positive work culture. - Conduct HR-related training programs, workshops, and sessions for B-School students. - Provide guidance on practical HR applications, interview preparation, and career readiness. - Mentor students on corporate exposure, workplace ethics, and industry best practices. - Collaborate with faculty to align HR training with academic and industry requirements. Qualifications & Skills: - MBA in Human Resources or equivalent. - 1-2 years of HR experience, including a team lead role. - Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities. - Ability to balance organizational HR responsibilities with training delivery.
