HR Executive cum trainee

Role Overview: You are a versatile HR Executive cum Team Lead responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions in a B2B services company. You will also be leading and mentoring students at the B-School, delivering practical HR sessions for management students. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and guide the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. - Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to company standards. - Drive employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling. - Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work culture. - Conduct HR-related training programs, workshops, and sessions for B-School students. - Provide guidance on practical HR applications, interview preparation, and career readiness. - Mentor students on corporate exposure, workplace ethics, and industry best practices. - Collaborate with faculty to align HR training with academic and industry requirements. Qualifications & Skills: - MBA in Human Resources or equivalent. - 1-2 years of HR experience, with a team lead role. - Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. - Ability to balance organizational HR responsibilities with training delivery.,
