Job Description

As an HR Executive in the security services industry, your primary role is to ensure compliance with various labor laws and company policies. It is crucial that you have prior experience working in a security firm or a labor-intensive firm that focuses on maintaining employees' minimum wages, PF, ESIC, and other labor law-related compliances. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment: Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring security personnel and other employees. - Employee Relations: Manage employee performance, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment. - Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and company policies. - Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for employees. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in labor or factory law. - Previous experience of at least 2 years in a security agency or manufacturing setting. - Proficiency in English language. - Familiarity with minimum wage regulations is preferred. You will also be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, day shift schedule, and performance bonuses. The work location for this role is in person.
