Job Description

As a Site HR Coordinator in the construction industry, you will play a crucial role in managing recruitment activities, employee documentation, and site-wise manpower reports. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with site engineers for maintaining attendance records, preparing wage registers, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as ESIC/PF. You will also be involved in addressing labour issues, conducting orientation sessions, and managing employee engagement activities like uniform distribution and ID card issuance. To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduate/MBA/MSW qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector. Key skills required include site-level HR coordination, handling attendance and wage registers, knowledge of labour compliance basics (ESIC, PF, CLRA), proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent communication and coordination skills. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off. The work location is in person, where you will be actively involved in ensuring smooth HR operations across construction sites.,
