Internship
Job Role: HR Executive Responsibilities: Source suitable candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Manage end-to-end onboarding of candidates under the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portals, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. Regularly follow up with client HR teams to coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and manage joining formalities. Draft and create detailed, role-specific Job Descriptions (JDs) aligned with client requirements and industry benchmarks. Maintain and update candidate records within the internal recruitment management system (ATS/HRMS). Coordinate interview logistics, facilitate offer rollouts, and support the overall recruitment and onboarding process. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR policies throughout the recruitment and apprenticeship processes. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment status, candidate progress, and portal activity for both internal teams and client review. Provide assistance in induction and orientation sessions, and address candidate queries to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
