Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT profiles. Post job openings on various job portals such as Naukri, Apna, and other relevant platforms. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews with the respective departments. Issue offer letters and appointment letters to selected candidates in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure proper documentation and on boarding of new employees. Maintain and update records related to PF, ESI and other statutory requirements for new joining. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes.
