Job Description

  • Recruit and onboard store-level staff (sales associates, store managers, etc.)
  • Coordinate interviews, documentation, and induction programs
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift rosters of retail staff
  • Provide payroll inputs and assist with salary processing
  • Handle employee grievances and provide HR support at store level
  • Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives
  • Assist in performance appraisals and manage probation confirmations
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor law compliance
  • Collaborate with store managers on workforce planning and issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
