1. Recruitment and Staffing

Posting job openings

Screening resumes and interviewing candidates

Coordinating hiring processes with department heads

2. Onboarding and Orientation

Conducting new hire orientation

Ensuring proper documentation and training

Introducing company policies and culture

3. Employee Relations

Addressing employee grievances

Mediating conflicts

Promoting a positive workplace culture

4. Payroll and Benefits Administration

Managing salary disbursements

Administering health insurance, retirement plans, etc.

Ensuring compliance with labor laws

5. Performance Management

Coordinating evaluations and feedback

Assisting with goal setting and performance reviews

Supporting development plans

6. Training and Development

Identifying training needs

Organizing workshops or external training

Supporting career growth initiatives

7. Policy Development and Compliance

Drafting and enforcing HR policies

Ensuring compliance with employment laws

Keeping employee handbooks up to date
