Job Description

  • Assist the HR Head in the day to day Operations of the HR Functions and duties of each member of the HR Team.
  • Assist the HR Head in the Recruitment and Selection of candidates and if delegated then handle the end to end employee recruitment process; sourcing of suitable candidates for open positions
  • Handle the On-boarding New Hires
  • Acknowledge the employee grievance and forward it to the HR Head for necessary action.
  • Assist the HR Head in management of the MIS

Educational/Work Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in any discipline preferably Management in HR with 3 years of post-qualification experience in the HR Department OR
  • A Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in HR with 2 years of relevant experience as HR Professional in a reputed Institution/Organization
  • Basic Knowledge of the Laws relating to Employment in India (ESI, PF, PT)
  • Preferrable with a Technical background BE, MTech.

Required Skill-set

  • Excellent Reporting Skills and Document management.
  • Excellent recruitment skills, sourcing skills etc.
