Assist the HR Head in the day to day Operations of the HR Functions and duties of each member of the HR Team. Assist the HR Head in the Recruitment and Selection of candidates and if delegated then handle the end to end employee recruitment process; sourcing of suitable candidates for open positions Handle the On-boarding New Hires Acknowledge the employee grievance and forward it to the HR Head for necessary action. Assist the HR Head in management of the MIS Educational/Work Experience A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in any discipline preferably Management in HR with 3 years of post-qualification experience in the HR Department OR A Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in HR with 2 years of relevant experience as HR Professional in a reputed Institution/Organization Basic Knowledge of the Laws relating to Employment in India (ESI, PF, PT) Preferrable with a Technical background BE, MTech. Required Skill-set Excellent Reporting Skills and Document management. Excellent recruitment skills, sourcing skills etc.
