Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, offer letters).
Conduct joining formalities, induction, and documentation of new employees.
Maintain and update the manpower database and organization chart.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

Track daily attendance, leaves, and overtimes for plant and HO staff.
Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
Handle queries related to salary slips, deductions, and reimbursements.

3. Statutory Compliance

Maintain employee records as per statutory norms (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
Ensure timely submission of returns and compliance reports.
Liaise with consultants and government departments as required.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

Handle employee grievances and provide necessary support.
Organize employee welfare and engagement activities (festivals, training, events).
Support disciplinary actions and exit formalities (resignations, full & final settlement).

5. Performance Management

Assist in the appraisal process and maintain performance records.
Track probation and confirmation reviews.
Coordinate training and skill development sessions.

6. HR Administration

Maintain HRMIS / employee files and records.
Prepare HR reports (manpower, attrition, attendance summary, etc.).
Manage ID cards, uniform distribution, and other admin-related tasks.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Excel, HRMS).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a manufacturing setup.
Problem-solving and employee-handling skills.
