Job Description

Recruitment and onboarding:

Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
Facilitate the onboarding of new hires and conduct new employee orientations.

Employee relations and support:

Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations.

Assist with compensation programs and resolve issues related to pay and benefits.

Performance and development:

Identify training needs and help organize training and development initiatives.
Support employees with career development and professional growth.

Compliance and policy:

Ensure company policies and procedures are enforced.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Draft and implement HR policies and assist with organizational guidelines.
