Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and onboarding of quality talent to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition

    • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and agencies.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align hiring strategies.
  • Recruitment Operations

    • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
  • Stakeholder Management

    • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Provide feedback and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and external consultants.
