Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Organize training and development programs.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Assist with performance management procedures (appraisals, feedback).
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
13 years of experience in an HR role preferred.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or ATS tools).
Ability to handle data with confidentiality and integrity.
