Role & responsibilities Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. (Ex-perience with Campus Hiring Preffered). Conduct staff appraisals and manage performance-related issues Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits Manage employee relations and handle employee grievances Manage the administrative tasks of the gaming zone, including scheduling, maintaining files and records, and managing the budget Work closely with the management team to identify recruitment needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs Assist in the implementation of employee training and development programs Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and issues related to employee turnover Preferred candidate profile At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the service industry Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Excellent administrative and organizational skills Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as labor laws and regulations Basic leadership skills and the ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Working knowledge of 4+ job portals and 2000+ LinkedIn connections (Given Priority) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Masters degree will be preferred
