Job Description

Immediate Joiners will be preferred

1. Recruitment

Execute end-to-end recruitment for plant positions (mainly for workers - operators, technicians).
Coordinate with manpower agencies and labour contractors for timely deployment of contract labour.

2. Contract Labour Management (Key Responsibility)

Manage onboarding, deployment, attendance and exit of contract labour.
Coordinate with labour contractors for:

PF, ESIC, minimum wages & statutory compliance
Monthly wage verification & billing validation

Maintain contractor-wise records including:

Labour licenses
Agreement copies
Gate passes & ID cards
Statutory returns and challans

Ensure compliance with
Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970
.
Monitor contract labour productivity, absenteeism & overtime.
Coordinate contractor audits, inspections & labour department visits.
Support renewal of contractor licenses and agreements.

3. Payroll, Attendance & Wage Compliance

Maintain attendance, shift rosters, overtime & leave records for permanent and contract labour.
Verify wage calculations as per minimum wages & statutory requirements.
Coordinate with payroll vendor/finance for timely salary & wage processing.

4. HR Documentation & MIS

Maintain employee & contractor personnel files.
Prepare monthly HR MIS as required
