HR Executive/ Admin (Female Only)

As the HR Coordinator, your role will involve implementing and managing performance management processes, such as goal-setting, evaluations, and improvement plans. You will be the primary point of contact for employee suggestions and concerns regarding engagement. Your responsibility will also include fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity through engagement initiatives and staying updated on best practices in employee engagement for continuous enhancement of strategies. Additionally, you will assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews, and coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation and paperwork. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, addressing employee inquiries, conducting investigations as necessary, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures will be part of your duties. Your qualifications should include familiarity with HR principles, practices, and employment laws, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, are also required. A minimum of 2 years of experience with good English speaking communication skills is necessary for this role.
