Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance to support our India team in fostering a consistent and positive employee experience. This role partners with individual contributors, managers, and HR colleagues to provide guidance, ensure fair and compliant practices, and strengthen organizational culture through trust and transparency. In addition to managing employee relations matters, this position will play a key role in promoting associate engagement and cultural alignment by supporting initiatives that enhance communication, recognition, and collaboration, helping to build a workplace where employees feel valued, heard, and connected to the company's mission and values.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Promote associate engagement and cultural alignment.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair, timely, and confidential resolution in alignment with company policies and local regulations.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support workforce changes, including performance improvement planning, restructuring, and reductions in force.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation processes to ensure a smooth and engaging start for new hires.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and business leaders to maintain consistent practices and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and engagement.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business and employee needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 46 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of performance management practices and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across teams.
