HR & Digital Marketing Internship

Role Overview You will be part of a unique hybrid internship that focuses on both digital marketing initiatives and human resources tasks. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to digital marketing, while the other 50% will involve human resources responsibilities. As an extroverted, confident, and creative individual, you will be involved in creating engaging video content by interacting with the public in high-traffic areas. Key Responsibilities - **Digital Marketing (50%)** - On-the-Ground Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and execute "vox pop" style videos, street interviews, and public challenges. - Video Production: Approach and interview members of the public to create authentic short-form video content for various social media platforms. - Video Editing: Perform basic editing to create compelling videos by adding captions, music, and basic graphics. - Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media profiles, scheduling posts, and engaging with the community. - Content Strategy: Contribute fresh ideas for the content calendar and research trending topics, sounds, and formats. - Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics to understand audience engagement. - Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and drive organic traffic. - **Human Resources (50%)** - Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Candidate Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience. - Onboarding: Help prepare materials and coordinate orientation sessions for new hires. - Employee Engagement: Support team-building activities, events, and cultural initiatives. - HR Administration: Assist with maintaining employee records and other administrative HR tasks.,
