Human Resource operations

MBA in HR or Marketing

HR Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews & onboarding
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
• Support payroll & performance management
• Conduct orientation and engagement programs
• Ensure positive work culture & policy compliance

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media & digital ad campaigns
• Create engaging posts and visuals (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google)
• Work on SEO, Google Ads, and website visibility
• Analyse data and improve campaign performance
• Boost brand awareness and online engagement

Skills & Qualities

• MBA in HR or Marketing (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of HRMS tools and digital marketing platforms
• Familiar with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
• Excellent communication, organization & creativity

Salary: Based on skills & experience

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
