Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• End-to-end hiring process — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Post job ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.
• Build talent pipelines for key roles: Performance Marketer, Designers, Developers, Copywriters, Sales, etc.
• Maintain candidate databases and keep hiring dashboards up to date

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation
• Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Maintain leave records, HRMS (if applicable), and ensure policy compliance
• Address employee queries and grievances professionally

Culture & Growth

• Help build a strong, ownership-driven culture aligned with company values
• Plan team bonding activities, founder sessions, feedback loops, and recognition
• Assist founders with performance reviews and retention strategies

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (agency/startup background preferred)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with hiring tools, Google Sheets, and ATS systems is a plus
