HR cum Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a dynamic and organized HR cum Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about human resources and has the ability to manage and coordinate project-related activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee documentation
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Coordinate effectively between internal teams and clients
• Track deliverables, manage timelines, and update project documentation
• Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items
• Identify project-related risks and support in mitigation strategies

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree/ B-tech / MBA in HR or a related field preferred
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and project coordination
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar)

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
