About the Role

We are seeking a bold, confident, and highly professional PRO cum HR to support the Owner of a leading construction company in Thrissur. This role requires someone with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage people, operations, and multiple subsidiary businesses. The candidate will act as the right hand of the owner, managing both internal staff relations and external representation of the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as right hand to the Owner, managing schedules, meetings, communications, and confidential matters.

* Handle HR functions including staff recruitment, attendance, welfare, discipline, and overall employee relations.

* Serve as PRO (Public Relations Officer) – represent the company with authority when dealing with clients, vendors, and government authorities.

* Monitor and coordinate operations across the construction business and multiple subsidiaries

* Maintain a strong presence at office and construction sites; must be open to travel across project locations

* Ensure smooth workflow, reporting, and compliance across all business operations.

* Act as the owner’s voice when required — firm, authoritative, and solution-oriented.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in HR, administration, PRO, or executive assistant roles.

* Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (both spoken & written).

* Strong leadership personality – bold, confident, and authoritative

* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

* Preference for women candidates above 30 years; however, confident and capable candidates below 30 will also be considered.

* Should be based in Thrissur or willing to relocate.

* Must be open to travelling to construction sites and company branches as required.
