Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR cum Personal Assistant role based in Noida. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing executive assistance, and ensuring smooth coordination of schedules and communications for the leadership team. Responsibilities include diary management, clerical tasks, personal and executive administrative assistance, and facilitating clear and effective communication within the organization. The role combines elements of HR and PA functions to support organizational efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and administrative organization
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in HR or PA roles is a plus
