Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, managing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in HR Management and Employee Relations
Strong skills in Recruitment, Hiring, and Onboarding
Proficiency in managing Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain high ethical standards
