As a part of the Yubi team, you will play a crucial role in supporting operational activities and launching learning and talent management interventions. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with Talent Acquisition leads to support various programs - Partnering with Zoho systems expert to facilitate the launch of learning and talent management interventions - Ensuring smooth execution of communication, timely closure of logistics, and providing information supporting tool support, program roll out, and closure - Supporting the build and development of playbooks on Confluence To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Learning or a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Join us at Yubi, where people are our most valuable assets, and together we are revolutionizing the global debt markets.
