Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Maintaining employee attendance, leave, and overtime records. - Ensuring timely submission of statutory compliances like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc. - Handling employee joining, exits, and full & final settlements. - Coordinating with accounts and HR teams for salary disbursement. - Keeping updated records of employee documents and HR files. - Staying updated with changes in labor laws and compliance requirements. - Handling audits and providing necessary compliance data when required. - Supporting the HR department in administrative and policy-related tasks. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, PT, Gratuity, and labor laws. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. - Good communication and coordination skills. Please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person.,
