Hr Compensation Specialist

As part of o9 Solutions, your role will involve managing global salary structures, participating in salary surveys, and utilizing survey data to determine structure changes. You will also conduct benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of salary ranges and other compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include advising and educating HR Business Partners and leaders on effective use of compensation programs, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations through audits and analysis. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert in compensation to optimize programs for hiring and employee retention. Key Responsibilities: - Manage global salary structures and participate in salary surveys - Conduct benchmarking and survey analysis for salary ranges and compensation programs - Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation programs - Ensure compliance with local, federal, and international regulations - Act as a subject matter expert in compensation to optimize programs Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of HR and compensation experience - 3+ years of global compensation experience preferred - Good knowledge of global compensation, market trends, and best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong analytical skills - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Experience with Workday preferred - CCP, GRP, or similar certification preferred At o9 Solutions, with a recent increase in valuation from $2.7B to $3.7B, we are one of the fastest-growing technology companies globally.
