Role Responsibilities

  1. Drive employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, and retention
  2. Collaborate with business teams to define KRAs and manage performance appraisals
  3. Address employee grievances and maintain compliance with HR policies and statutory norms
  4. Publish timely reports and dashboards on HR metrics and employee trends

Key Deliverables

  1. Seamless coordination with TA for manpower planning and closures
  2. Regular employee connect activities and induction ownership
  3. HR scorecard publication covering attrition, headcount, and R&R
  4. Strategic input to HR leadership on workforce planning and engagement
