Job Description

As an HR Manager in our organization, your role will involve ensuring effective utilization and maximum development of human resources. You will be responsible for fulfilling the hiring needs of the organization by implementing sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. Monitoring the HR department's budget and acting as the point of contact for labor legislation issues will be crucial aspects of your role. Managing employees" grievances, creating and running referral bonus programs, and overseeing the daily operations of the HR department will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will design compensation and benefits packages, implement performance review procedures such as quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations, and review current HR technology to recommend more effective software. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure effective utilization and maximum development of human resources - Fulfill the hiring needs of the organization - Develop fair HR policies and ensure employee compliance - Implement sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques - Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives - Monitor HR department's budget - Act as the point of contact for labor legislation issues - Manage employees" grievances - Create and run referral bonus programs - Oversee daily operations of the HR department - Design compensation and benefits packages - Implement performance review procedures - Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software Qualifications Required: - Experience with full-cycle recruiting - Good knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance - Demonstrable leadership abilities - Solid communication skills - Computer skills: Zoho People, Zoho Recruit In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role, you should hold a relevant degree in H.R. Management or have graduated or post-graduated in Human Resource Management. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is also preferred.,
